The EPA’s new Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GGRF) webpage highlights the program’s flaws, from apparent self-dealing and conflicts of interest to unqualified recipients and reduced oversight. Many of the key sections on the webpage draw directly from PPT’s GGRF Report and its work over the past two and a half years.
